Job Summary

We are a family dental office that is looking for a receptionist that is a TEAM PLAYER, enthusiastic, and out going. We are a FFS/PPO/MEDICAID office that provides a comfortable work environment. This position is a FULL TIME position 30-35hours. Must have experience in all aspects of general dentistry. Candidates must be comfortable with the following tasks: Checking insurance eligibility, Dentrix, Windows, multi-tasking, calculating co-pays, explaining dental procedures, keeping the front waiting area clean. Candidate must speak spanish as many patients are spanish speaking. Candidate must have reliable transportation to come to work on time.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties:

Creating a welcoming environment to all patients.
Ensuring all patients are seen in a timely manner.(eg. taking x-rays for a patient who has been waiting, even if there is no available exam rooms.)
Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge through review and practice.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
