Modern Orthodontist is a leading orthodontic practice committed to providing state-of-the-art treatments and an exceptional patient experience. We’re looking for a friendly, professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. If you enjoy creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth patient experiences, we’d love to meet you! No previous experience necessary.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming Patients: Greet patients and visitors with a warm smile and friendly attitude, creating a positive first impression.
Concierge Services: Assist with patient inquiries, provide information, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
Check-In and Check-Out: Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate information and seamless appointment scheduling.

Necessary Skills:

Friendly and positive attitude is a must!
Great communication

Preferred Qualifications:

Willingness to be cross-trained as a clinical orthodontic assistant — you’ll get to work hands-on with patients and help the doctor create amazing smiles.
Lives within 20 minutes of our office (preference for candidates in the Cypress or Katy area, as we will be opening a second location near West Katy).

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
