Job Title: Full-Time Dental Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. Schedule:

Full-time, 4-day workweek
Current Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
May expand to 5:30pm end times over time.
No evenings or weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Ensure patient comfort and provide chairside support
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting
Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
Maintain cleanliness and organization of operatories
Help manage inventory and restock supplies as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of dental assisting experience preferred
MA Dental Assisting License and Radiology Certification required
CPR Certification
Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and dental procedures
Excellent communication and patient-relations skills
Dependable, organized, and team-oriented attitude
Familiarity with dental software (experience with Eaglesoft is a plus)
