Dental Assistant – Brand New Modern Dental Office (Upper East Side, Manhattan)

We are a brand new, high-tech dental practice in Manhattan looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team starting mid-October 2025. This is a unique opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up and grow into a long-term career.

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and caring professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday & Saturday: Off
Sunday: Closed

Responsibilities:

Provide chairside support during all phases of dentistry
Manage instruments, sterilization, and preparation of materials
Take digital X-rays and operate scanners (experience with advanced technology preferred)
Communicate clearly with patients and make them feel comfortable
Support the dentist and team in creating a smooth, efficient workflow

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
Knowledge of Open Dental a plus
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and initiative
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor

Compensation & Benefits:

$25–$32 per hour, based on experience and skills
