Acre Wood Dental is looking for a versatile, upbeat team member who can shine both chairside and at the front desk! If you love helping patients feel at ease, enjoy staying organized, and want variety in your day, this hybrid role could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

Clinical / Chairside:

Assist dentists during procedures and patient care
Take and process x-rays
Sterilize and prepare instruments and operatories
Provide patient education and post-op instructions
Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit

Front Office:

Greet patients with a warm smile and check them in/out
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage recalls
Verify insurance and handle basic administrative tasks
Collect payments and ensure accurate patient records
Keep the office running smoothly with attention to detail and organization

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Dental Assistant (x-ray certification preferred)
Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and shift between clinical and front office responsibilities
Organized, reliable, and team-oriented personality
A positive, patient-first attitude
