Dental Office Front Desk/ Receptionist
We are seeking someone with a team-oriented personality who can become part of our fast-paced
dental office. Professionalism and an enthusiastic work ethic are a must to join our group. Tasks include
scheduling, monitoring/managing staff productivity and accounts receivable.
Skills required for this position:
-Knowledge of Dental billing and insurances
-Knowledge of Dentrix scheduling system or other scheduling system
-Computer skills
-Great customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:
-Basic knowledge of dentistry to be able to discuss with patients
-Financial knowledge on how to accurately report on accounts receivable and end of day sheets,
financial reviews of overdue accounts
