Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Stain & Glaze Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with an artistic eye who enjoys working with fine detail, color, and texture. No prior dental experience is required—we provide full on-the-job training.

Duties:

Apply porcelain stain and glaze to crowns and restorations
Build crowns to proper contour and blend them for a natural look
Perform crown finishing and clean-up functions
Fire ceramics at the correct temperature and prepare restorations for delivery
Pour and trim dental models from impressions
Pin, section, and prepare dies for crown and bridge work
Help with model articulation and fitting crowns to abutments
Assist with wax-ups, soft tissue models, and occasional porcelain repairs
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and cases on schedule

What we’re looking for:

Keen eye for color and detail
Steady hands and patience working with small items
Artistic, creative, or design background (painting, ceramics, nail art, etc.)
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
