Hinkle Dentistry, a preeminent fee-for-service dental practice located in McLean, VA, is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join their dedicated, highly professional dental team. If you have a passion for dentistry and can engage with patients in meaningful conversations, then let’s talk!

Our patient care schedule is Monday-Thursday, NO NIGHTS or WEEKENDS - flexible schedule availability. Our generous benefit package for full-time team members that includes health insurance, dental benefits, vacation/sick leave, paid holidays, uniforms, retirement and continuing education.

Our ideal hygiene candidate is:

current on the latest technologies and diagnostic tools, and pursues continuing education with a passion
has a strong knowledge of periodontal protocols and a desire to be a restorative partner with the doctor
driven to prioritize patients based on the most important needs of the visit; periodontal, functional, or esthetics
a great communicator and meticulous when it comes to patient notes as well as follow-through on patient care
reliable, conscientious, and willing to jump in where help is needed
experienced with Dentrix and a digital office is a plus!

To be considered for this position, you will bring:

a valid dental hygiene license for VA
proof of x-ray certification
expertise in HIPAA and OSHA regulations
prior experience in a private practice
an engaging, empathetic, and knowledgeable approach to patient care
