Our privately owned general dental practice is searching for a dedicated administrative team member to join our front office. Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow using Dentrix (version 25)
Verify dental benefits, file claims, and enter treatment plans
Handle correspondence with referring doctors and patients (letters, emails, texts)
Collaborate with teammates in a shared role while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
Maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude toward patients and team members

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (phone and interpersonal)
Highly organized with attention to detail
Proficient with Dentrix software (version 25)
Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits processes
Willingness to learn, adapt, and receive feedback in support of continuous growth

Compensation and Benefits:

$22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time, 36 hours per week (4 days per week)
401K with 3% safe-harbor benefits (after completing 1000 hours in a fiscal year)
120 hours PTO
6 paid holidays
