We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Greeting guests, answering phones, managing appointments and other daily operations
Super organized, detail oriented with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must have prior experience working in a dental(general/speciality) office assisting the doctor with collecting payments and resolving open/pending invoices/payments
Self-motivated and eager to help the doctor with bringing in more business and helping review/propose ideas to grow the practice
Verify insurance and prep for the patient a day ahead. Keep the front desk area organized and tidy.
Be able to resolve minor technical issues like wifi and desktop connectivity
Ensure all customer information is kept confidential and protected from patient view
