Professionalism in communication and appearance is essential as you warmly greet and welcome patients. A positive attitude is key when interacting with patients, doctors, and the team. As part of our front office team, you’ll work in a collaborative environment that promotes learning and teamwork. Candidates must be adaptable and willing to thrive in our fast-paced setting. Some responsibilities will include:

Greet and check in/check out patients in a friendly manner

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Answer phone calls

Manage and maintain a healthy communication with doctors and hygienists

Collect and post co-payments

Posting payments from insurance

Present simple treatment plans with co-pay estimates

Required:

High School Diploma

Good telephone etiquette

Excellent customer service skills

Team player

Computer experience and knowledge in Microsoft

Dental office experience

Preferred:

Dentrix software knowledge
