Front Office Receptionist – Pediatric Dental Office

What you’ll do:

Greet patients and check them in/out
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phones and help families with questions
Process payments and verify insurance
Keep patient info organized and up to date

What we’re looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent
6+ months of front office or customer service experience (healthcare/dental is a plus, but not required)
Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
Positive attitude, dependable, and team player
