The Dental Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in educating patients about their treatment plans, coordinating financial arrangements, and ensuring a smooth transition from consultation to completion of the care.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Present treatment plans and explain procedures, insurance coverage, and the patient’s investment in their health
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for treatment and follow up care
Review Insurance Benefits
Assist with billing, collections, and financing options
Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on outstanding treatment
Build rapport with patients to ensure trust, satisfaction, and long-term relationships
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless work flow
Minimum 1 year of dental experience
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Dental Software (The office uses Dentrix)
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
