Our All-Star Hiring division is growing and we're looking for experienced Dental Hiring Specialist to join our remote team! We help general and specialty dental practices across the country with their recruitment needs. We assist in finding talented team members including practice managers, dental assistants, front office personnel and dental hygienists.

Our most successful hiring specialists have these skills and abilities in common:

At least 3+ year of experience in a dental practice in an administrative or clinical role (REQUIRED) *** You will not be considered for this position if you do not have this verified work history.
At least 1 year of recruiting/hiring/HR experience (REQUIRED)
Knowledge of employment laws for interviewing and hiring
Experience with telephone interviews and video interviews of potential candidates
Exceptional verbal skills and written communication in English; Spanish is a plus!
Outstanding time management skills
Ability to work with all types of personalities and cultures
Ability to work across all USA time zones
Proven computer skills with mastery of MS Office products
Proven experience with Google platform & products
Proven experience with Zoom virtual meeting platform
Experience with job boards such as Indeed, DentalPost, LinkedIn, CloudDentistry, etc.

Our headquarters are based in Florida, however, you can be anywhere in the USA with great internet connection, a computer, a telephone and a genuine desire to be of service to dental practices looking to hire new team members.
