About the Opportunity

Braces520, formerly Andrew Rosen Orthodontics, is seeking a Full-Time Associate Orthodontist to join our thriving multi-location practice. This position offers an incredible opportunity to work alongside Dr. Decker, who recently bought into the practice, and Dr. Rosen, who has been a long-standing practice owner in the community. We are looking for a talented and motivated orthodontist who will primarily split time between our Tucson and Sierra Vista locations, with more time spent in Sierra Vista, but may also work in Oro Valley as needed. This role provides the potential for future partnership, though it will be available after gaining experience within the practice over a few years.

Braces520 is a well-established and rapidly growing orthodontic practice that has served Southeastern Arizona for over 20 years. With three locations—Tucson, Sierra Vista, and Oro Valley—we offer a positive, high-energy work environment where you can develop your clinical skills and impact patients’ lives.

Position Highlights:

· Full-time role, 4-5 days per week

· Primary focus on the Tucson and Sierra Vista locations, with potential work in Oro Valley

· Per diem compensation with full benefits

· Support from an experienced team and mentorship from established doctors

· Opportunity to buy in and become a partner in the future

· Work alongside Dr. Decker, who will be focusing on growing the Oro Valley location

· Mentorship from Dr. Rosen, a highly qualified and well-respected orthodontist with an exceptional reputation

What We’re Looking For:

· A highly motivated orthodontist with exceptional chair-side and interpersonal skills

· A team player who is eager to provide best-in-class orthodontic care

· A professional with strong communication skills and a patient-centric approach

· Someone open to future partnership opportunities, though initial focus is on an associate role

Qualifications:

· DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school

· Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited U.S. residency program

· Active Arizona dental license (or ability to obtain one)

· Medicaid provider number and NPI number preferred

· Certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.)
