Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their treatment journey. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in dental office administration, with a focus on patient interaction and coordination. Knowledge of insurance coding and billing required.

Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing information about treatment options and answering any questions they may have.
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
Maintain accurate patient records in com to document patient interactions and treatment plans.
Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries to facilitate smooth patient experiences.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
Handle phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Provide administrative support as needed to enhance clinic operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office setting is required, with familiarity in roles such as Receptionist or Administrative Support.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
Bilingual desired.
