About Us:
Beach Family Dentistry (Myrtle Beach, SC) is a patient-focused, growing practice. We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to keep our schedule full and organized while ensuring our patients feel cared for.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a productive schedule by confirming appointments and filling cancellations
Contact patients who are overdue for care and help them get scheduled
Manage hygiene recall system
Follow up with patients with unscheduled treatment
Work closely with our doctors and team to optimize scheduling for efficiency and patient care

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent phone and communication skills
Outgoing, professional, and motivated
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Previous dental/medical office experience preferred but not required
Customer service, hospitality, or call center experience also a great fit

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time position, Monday–Thursday (no weekends)
Competitive pay, based on experience
Bonus opportunities based on keeping schedule full:

*$100 if hygiene schedule averages 95%+ filled
*$5 per patient who schedules previously diagnosed but unscheduled treatment (over 10 per month)
*$10 for each same-day cancellation that is successfully filled
Typical bonus range: $200–$300/month in addition to hourly pay
