Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team at Platinum Dental Group. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being while contributing to our mission of exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Administer anesthesia and perform various dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and crowns.

Ensure compliance with all health regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment in the dental office.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide optimal patient care.

Compensation will start hourly for 60 days and then move to 35% of collections

Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.

Valid state dental license to practice in New Jersey. Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and dental procedures.

Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.

Experience with Eaglesoft , is preferred but not required.
