As a member of our Admin Team , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth functioning of our dental office. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate with patients will contribute to the overall success of our practice.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.

- Schedule and confirm appointments

- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns

- Verify insurance coverage and present treatment plans/discuss financial arrangements

- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations of the office

- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality

-Assist in marketing activities to help grow the practice; patient and community engagement, and help manage relationships with referring offices.

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a dental office is strongly preferred

- Knowledge of Dental insurance breakdowns and insurance estimates/coding/billing

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Familiarity with dental office software systems, Eaglesoft Experience a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong administrative and organizational skills
