Please be ready upon interview to show an understanding of how you can help with dental practice growth, phone verbiage, and key performance indicators for an office. Most importantly do you enjoy helping and interacting with patients, and have confidence to act as a liaison for patients to get back to healthy and smiling. Position

1 year of Dental knowledge Experience and 3 years in a leadership roll is a MUST
excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
strong attention to detail
excellent problem-solving skills
A team player, able to multi-task
Knowledge of Dentrix software a real plus
Insurance knowledge (verifying and submitting insurance)
Greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, patient billing

Libertyville Dental offers flexible hours for our patients, Saturdays and evening availability required.

Typical Scheduled Hours Needed:

Tuesday-Saturday

Tuesday 8:30-6

Wednesday 8:30 am - 5 pm

Thursday 11 am - 7 pm

Friday 8:30-3

2-3 Saturdays/month 7:30 am - 1:30 pm
