We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our dental clinic, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar.
Handle patient inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette.
Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Conduct documentation reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy of patient files.
Assist in managing medical records and filing systems.
Utilize EHR systems
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the clinic.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar medical office role is preferred.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
Experience with medical collection processes is a plus.
