Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations in a fast-paced dental office environment. This role requires proficiency in various medical and dental administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth patient experience from appointment scheduling to insurance verification.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Endovision.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi-line phone systems.
Verify patient insurance information and process medical billing accurately.
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure proper documentation review.
Assist with medical collections and manage care plans as needed.
Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
Utilize computer skills to manage electronic health records (EHR) and other office management software effectively.

Experience

Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Dental Receptionist is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing multiple tasks effectively in a busy clinic environment.
