Job Summary
The Dental Treatment Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between patients and the clinical and financial aspects of their care. You will be responsible for presenting comprehensive treatment plans, discussing financial options, and ensuring patients fully understand their clinical needs and available payment solutions. This role also requires attention to detail in scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient communication.

Duties

Greet patients at the front desk and manage their check-in process.
Coordinate patient case acceptance
Review and maintain accurate documentation of patient records.
Conduct insurance verification to ensure coverage for treatments.
Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
Coordinate with dental providers to schedule appointments and treatment plans.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a dental receptionist is REQUIRED.
Familiarity with front desk operations in a clinical setting is essential.
Knowledge of dental billing processes and documentation review.
Experience with insurance verification and collections is highly desired.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective patient interactions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Spanish speaking is REQUIRED.***
