We’re looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to become a part of our dynamic team at Firefly Family Dentistry, located in one of the most vibrant areas of Wauwatosa. Our modern, clean practice is fully digital and equipped with the latest technology, providing an exciting environment for someone passionate about dentistry!

About You:
We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude who’s excited about dentistry and technology! You should be tech-savvy, a quick learner, and someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. If you’re detail-oriented, personable, and fun to work with, we want to hear from you!

While 2-5 years of experience is preferred, we’re happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic. What’s most important is your comfort with dental software, digital radiographs, and basic office programs like Google and Microsoft. This role blends both Dental Assisting and Receptionist duties, so you’ll also need to be comfortable with answering phones, processing payments, and verifying basic insurance information.

Job Hours:

Average of 35–40 hours per week
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM –6:00 PM (some days ending earlier!)
Fridays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Friday’s rotate – many 3-day weekends!)
Also, enjoy some Wednesday afternoons off!
