Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental front office person to join our team. Monday,Tuesday, Thursday 8 am- 5pm And Friday 9-1pm The ideal candidate must know Eagle software, will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our dental practice, billing, checking insurance eligibility, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are a private dental office in a growing process.

Duties

Greet patients as they arrive and provide them with necessary information about their appointments.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with understanding their benefits, including Medicare options.
Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries, including medical billing and coding tasks.
Assist in preparing care plans and communicate treatment options to patients effectively.
Utilize dental software such as Eagle Software for scheduling, patient management, and record keeping.
Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance the patient experience.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar medical administrative support role is preferred.
Knowledge of Eagle software a must.
Familiarity with insurance verification processes and handling care plans is highly desirable.
Proficiency in medical coding and billing practices.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse patient populations is essential.
Strong typing skills and familiarity with dental software systems such as Eagle software will be beneficial for this position.
