Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring seamless patient flow and five-star service.
Manage and support a team of dental and administrative professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Monitor financial performance, including scheduling, collections, and reporting, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Implement and refine systems to enhance patient experience, case acceptance, and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the doctor(s) to support practice growth, marketing initiatives, and patient care objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of dental office management experience (cosmetic or specialty experience strongly preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of dental software, billing, and insurance processes.
Proven ability to manage schedules, financial systems, and staff development.
Professional, polished demeanor with a patient-first mindset.
