The Role

Diagnose and develop treatment plans for comprehensive and interceptive orthodontics (braces and clear aligners).
Present and discuss treatment plans with families at records appointments.
Oversee active treatment: appliance delivery and adjustments, wire sequences, elastics education, finishing, and retention.
Coordinate care with our pediatric dentists and referring providers.
Contribute to clinical protocols and team training to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Ideal Candidate

DDS/DMD with an orthodontic specialty (U.S.-accredited) and an Idaho license (or the ability to obtain one).
Clear, confident communicator with a patient-first mindset.
Comfortable with both fixed appliances, clear aligner and Interceptive/Phase I Orthodontics.
Team player who enjoys a pediatric-heavy environment.

Schedule

1–2 days/week. Currently Fridays, with plans to add Thursdays.
Option to expand days as demand grows.
