About the Role:

Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude
Present treatment plans clearly and accurately
Coordinate insurance benefits and patient copayments
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient records and scheduling

Requirements:

Previous dental front desk experience required
Knowledge of Eaglesoft preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to patient care
