Key Responsibilities: * Practice Operations: Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the dental office to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow and overall practice productivity. * Financial Management: Manage billing, collections, insurance claims, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll, ensuring financial accuracy and optimal revenue cycle management. * Team Leadership & HR Support: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing administrative and clinical support team. Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment. * Patient Experience: Enhance patient satisfaction by optimizing scheduling, managing patient relations, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from check-in to check-out. * Compliance & Inventory: Ensure adherence to all HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant dental regulations. Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory.Desired Skills & Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar leadership role within a dental practice. * Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental). * Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of dental billing, coding (CDT), insurance verification, and collections. * Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to effectively manage a team and interact with patients. * Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. * Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
