Overview:
We are a private, multi dentist, state of the art dental practice seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator. Experience treatment planning Implants and All-On-4 Cases is a plus! Must have front office dental experience and knowledge of treatment planning. Responsibilities:

- Presenting Dental treatment plans and financial arrangements. - Knowledge of CDT codes
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Coordinate treatment plans with dental providers and patients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Dentrix a plus
