Summary

As a Treatment Coordinator at Molen Orthodontics, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey. This position is essential in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care while helping to create beautiful smiles.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure clear communication between patients and orthodontists.
Assist in the scheduling of appointments and follow-up visits to optimize patient flow.
Educate patients about treatment options, procedures, and financial responsibilities.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences and satisfaction.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall service quality.
Support administrative tasks related to insurance verification and billing processes.
Work location: Sumner, Auburn, & Enumclaw. Must be willing and able to work in all three on a rotating basis.
4 days a week with either Monday or Friday off, it is a rotational.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of terminology related to Orthodontics and dental care.
Experience working in a dental office or medical administrative support role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office procedures and Dental office operations is beneficial.
