We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Denture Technician to join our nationally recognized full service dental lab in Northern Virginia. As a key member of our expanding Removable Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a great team and contribute to delivering high-quality prostheses.

Responsibilities:

Fabrication and design of high-quality denture prosthetics, including full and partial dentures
Perform repairs, relines, and rebases to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Articulating dentures and partials with attention to detail
Set up and processing of dentures, delivering accurate and esthetic results
Support the team with additional duties as needed, maintaining a flexible and team-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a dental lab technician
Proficient in CAD design for removable appliances, or eager to develop this skill
Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and working efficiently
Effective team player with strong communication skills, able to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Demonstrates good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills, essential for precision work

Minimum Education and Experience:

Advanced training in dental lab and technology is highly valued, but not required
a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in fabricating high-quality prosthetic denture products from start to finish is preferred
