Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice, providing administrative support while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office setting and possess strong management skills to oversee various aspects of office operations.

Duties

Manage patient scheduling, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with billing and financial management, including insurance verification and claims processing.
Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the dental team, including managing correspondence and handling inquiries.
Supervise office staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
Utilize EMR systems (Denticon experience a plus!) for record keeping and appointment management.
Ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
Assist in budgeting and fiscal management to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in dental office management is required
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and familiarity with EMR systems.
Experience in financial management, including budgeting and billing processes.
Supervisory experience is a plus; ability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with OSHA standards is advantageous
