Office Manager – Lead and Grow With Us!

What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental office
Lead, train, and support front office and clinical teams
Manage scheduling, billing, insurance, and patient relations
Ensure an outstanding patient experience at every visit
Work closely with leadership to meet office goals and support practice growth

What We're Looking For:

Dental or medical office management experience preferred but not required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team in a positive way
Problem-solving mindset with a patient-first attitude
A team player who thrives in a growing, fast-paced environment
