The dental practice of Dr. Chris Catalano is looking for a full time (4-5 days) RDA to join our amazing team in Kentfield. We are a fee for service practice that has been here in Kentfield for more than 30 years. We have a combination general and cosmetic dental practice. Our facility has been recently remodeled with brand new equipment and a state of the art sterilization center. We strive for excellence in patient care and focus on doing the best for our patients. We are looking for someone that loves what they do and wants to be part of great team. Experience with Invisalign would be great.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and sterilized.
Record patient information and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, fostering a supportive environment.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
Sterilization
Dental Lab Procedures: Essix Retainers, Whitening Trays, Pouring Up Models

Qualifications

Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
Dental Assistant (DA) with X-Ray License
Proficient in chairside assisting and dental terminology
Experience Preferred with 3D scanning and general dentistry procedures
Familiarity with Dentrix
Invisalign Experience a plus
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
