This posting is for a Dental Receptionist and Billing Coordinator at the Comfort Dental at Harmony Rd and Timberline in Southeast Ft. Collins. We are growing our team! We are looking for one (1) front office receptionist with the following qualities: organized, eager to learn, self-motivated, friendly, confident, respectful, loyal and honest. We are looking for people who will be dependable and help us build a welcoming and efficient office culture. Responsibilities will include answering the phones, scheduling appointments, checking in patients, collecting payments, and learning to coordinate dental insurance benefits. You will be provided with a trainer for hands on, in person training and ongoing support to ensure your success.

BILINGUAL: English-Spanish is preferred but not required.

In order to be considered you must meet the following criteria.

1. Be willing and able to work 2-3 evenings per week until around 7:30pm. (The office is open until 7:30pm Monday-Friday.

2. Be willing and able to work 1-2 Saturdays per month from 7:30am-1:30pm

3. Be able to pass a drug test and refrain from smoking during a 12 hour shift.

4. Have reliable transportation and childcare.

5. Help to contribute to a warm-hearted, hard-working team to take care of people’s dental care needs with excellence and compassion!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
