Qualifications and Attributes:

Previous Dental experience is a MUST. . A successful candidate must have strong computer and verbal communication skills, be personable, Customer Service experience, reliable and capable of multi-tasking. We are looking for a hard- working self- starter who possess a professional, uplifting demeanor, knows how to shift priorities easily and is a problem solver. This is a position for someone who can work both independently and with a team.

Duties Include: but are not limited to:

Dental Experience
Answering multiple phone lines
Scheduling appointments and confirming appointments
Greet and check in patients upon arrival
Collect deductibles and co-pays at that time of appointment.
Post Daily Transactions.
Present treatment
