What You'll Do:

Greet patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Interface with patients, staff, referrers, vendors, and anyone else needing our assistance
Support a caring team of dental professionals
Manage the timeline for patients future visits

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to multitask in a busy environment
Previous dental office experience is preferred
