What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily clinical operations
Monitor office finances and maintain efficiency
Present patient treatment plans with clarity & care
Support chair-side patient care, as needed

No clinical coordinating experience? No problem, we have an intentional onboarding/training process and will teach you everything you need to know.

Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) or Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) preferred but not required.
Candidates with relevant dental experience or a strong understanding of clinical workflows are encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process based on experience.
