Yavapai Oral & Facial Surgery is looking for an outgoing, professional, highly qualified person to join our team. Because we are committed to providing the highest level of care to all of our patients, our new patient care & insurance coordinator must have the following skills:

Exceptional skills greeting patients and visitors
Able to communicate well by phone, email and in person
Can optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments
Can verify insurance by telephone and via website portals
Math proficiency (necessary to prepare financial agreements and estimates)
Able to manage multiple phone lines, answering in a polite and professional manner
Must communicate well with referring offices
Typing and computer proficiency
Take payments, issues receipts and record financial information
Able to scan, upload, and file documents
Protect patients' confidentiality of personal and financial information

Dental and/or Medical Front Office experience a must!! Please do not reply to this ad if you have not worked in one of these fields previously.
