Our busy, well established and reputed comprehensive care family dental practice located in Manchester, NH seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our amazing team. The position offered is for 4 days a week. We are in search of a person who is highly motivated, has great interpersonal skills, works well in a busy environment and is willing to learn. Being a team player and good communicator is a must.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Take and develop dental x-rays
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Prepare and set up dental materials and instruments for procedures
Educate patients on oral hygiene and aftercare instructions
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Maintain patient records and document treatment plans

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited dental assistant program - preferred
Current CPR certification
X-ray certification - prefered
Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and materials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
