Dental Front Desk Staff – Bel Air Dental Arts

Are you a warm, detail-oriented, and professional dental front desk coordinator looking to join a brand-new, high-end practice? Bel Air Dental Arts, a state-of-the-art office in Abingdon, MD, is seeking an enthusiastic team member to help us deliver exceptional patient experiences.

We are looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and eager to grow with our practice as we build something truly special for the Harford County community.

Position Details

Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Flexible scheduling available
No weekends

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, manage scheduling, and confirm appointments
Verify insurance and process billing/financial arrangements
Use Open Dental and Flex software to maintain accurate patient records
Assist with patient communications, treatment planning, and recall systems
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every patient feels cared for
Support team members and help with cross-training as needed

Requirements

At least 1 year of dental front desk experience required
Proficiency in Open Dental and Flex software strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and multitasking ability
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to patient care
