PARK WEST DENTAL CARE has an immediate opening for a Front Office Assistant in our dental practice. This position creates the first impression and a lasting impression for each patient, whether in person or on the phone. Warmth, compassion, and efficiency are essential ingredients for a top notch Front Office Assistant.

As the Front Office Assistant, you would be responsible for:

Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, managing administrative records and financial records such as insurance billing and payments.
Coordinating the office routines and procedures as well as conducting reminder calls about scheduled appointments, follow-ups, or cleanings.
Keeping the office organized and running smoothly and exhibiting a positive countenance to every patient experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of previous experience. Some dental experience required.
Candidate must possess exemplary customer service and communication skills, effective organization, time management, and computer proficiency abilities, possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
