Overview
As an Office Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our organization, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing administrative functions, managing office resources, and supporting healthcare management initiatives. Your expertise in fiscal management and dental office experience will empower you to lead our team toward excellence in patient care and operational effectiveness.

What you’ll do

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment
Manage financial aspects including billing and collections
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing medical records and patient information
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and effective practice management

Experience

Proven experience in administrative support within a dental setting
Strong understanding of dental terminology and familiarity with Softdent and Dexis
Demonstrated ability in financial management, including budgeting and fiscal oversight
Experience in fostering a collaborative work environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and external partners
