We are looking for a full- time or part-time receptionist that can perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to join our team! This includes answering, phone, checking patients in and out, taking patients co-pays etc.

We are an established private practice with long time patients of all ages. Must have a pleasant personality to welcome patients and greet anyone who may visit our practice.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Providing customer service.
Checking in and checking out patients, reviewing new patient registrations, and making forwarding appointments.
Collecting copay while taking into consideration dental insurance frequencies and limitations, deductibles, maximums.
Appointment Confirmation Calls prior to appointments.
Answering phone calls to schedule appointments and answer questions patients may have regarding appointment.
Assist in the clinical area when necessary.

Experience:

- At Lease 1 year Dental Office experience.

- Dentrix experience is required!
