Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Saturday
Shorter hours on some days

Duties & Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive experience
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits
Verify insurance benefits and submit claims
Handle patient billing, payments, and account management
Maintain and organize patient records in Eaglesoft
Coordinate treatment plans and review financial options
Support dentists and team members with office administration needs

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience
Proficiency with Eaglesoft preferred
Knowledge of PPO and FFS insurance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
Warm, professional, and team-oriented personality
