Polaris Orthodontic Center/ Columbus Orthodontic Center is looking to hire a front desk staff member. The position is a Full-time position and requires working Monday to Thursdays and SOME Fridays. The position will involve taking phone calls, scheduling patients, preparing correspondence letters, presenting fees, verifying insurance benefits, submitting claims and collecting payments. The clinical aspect involves taking orthodontic records (radiographs and photos) , helping with sterlization of instruments. The position requires multi-tasking. Experience in an orthodontic/dental office would be a plus.

Applicant must:

1) Have current Hep B vaccination.

2) Valid radiology license is preferred.

3) Be a team player and come to work smiling.

4) Must have good communication skills and be comfortable with interacting with patients in a friendly manner.

5) Have great attention to detail and good computer skills.

6) Provide references with contacts.

7) Must be reliable.

8) Applicant must be available to work 7:30 AM-5:30 PM on weekdays.

9) Experience in dental office is preferred
