Dental Receptionist/Front office/Treatment Coordinator

Small Private Dental office Cosmetics and Implants (no HMO , no Medi-Cal) is looking for an enthusiastic, team oriented, and experienced DENTAL FRONT , dental biller/treatment coordinator 2 years experience minimal or WILL TRAIN the motivated individual with high people level of skills

Armenian Bilingual language will be highly useful.

Location is Larchmont Village in Los Angeles near Beverly and Vine near Hollywood and Paramount Studios

We are looking for someone who knows OR WOULD LIKE TO LEARN how to bill PPO claims, trace, and collect from the insurance companies. Review patient accounts, answer billing questions, bill and collect from patients. WE Will TRAIN .

Candidate should be proficient in treatment planning, case presentation, scheduling appointments, and following-up. Duties also include checking patients in and out.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Computer knowledge in dental management systems of Dentrix or Open Dental

Able to describe patient dental treatment and collect fee

Has great people skills and is a great team player

Ensure accurate and complete accounting entries are made on an ongoing basis
Reliable, works efficiently, is self-motivated and works well independently

Skills & Abilities:

- Strong organization, communication, and writing skills. Detailed oriented individual and punctual.
- Proficiency in MS calendar MS Office Excel, and Word.
- Individual who can take an initiative and can work in a team setting
- Self-motivated individual, efficient, and looking for a long term position to grow with the company

40 hours per week: Monday - Friday 4 day week available possible some Saturdays
