Dr. Bartels Dental Office, a trusted practice providing quality care for over 25 years, is seeking a dedicated Schedule Coordinator to join our friendly, patient-focused team in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Job Duties:

Support front desk operations in a busy dental office
Manage incoming and outgoing communications efficiently
Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment reminders
Process patient forms and ensure accurate data entry
Handle payment processing
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front office environment

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a dental or medical office preferred
Familiarity with Open Dental and Flex software is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
Must pass a background check
