Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
Coordinate between patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient correspondence
Assist with billing processes and insurance verifications as needed
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies

Requirements

Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology is essential
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.87 - $27.54 per hour
